Technical Engineer - Infrastructure

· Product knowledge and expertise on the given products and solutions

· Project assessment and understanding

· Proper product positioning

· Creation of system design and layout

· Creation of recommendation, bill of materials and technical documentation

· Project implementation 

· Presentation and collaboration with team

· Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.

· Document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and action taken through to the final resolution.

· Attend meeting and pre-bid conference

· Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the positions.

Additional Skills:

· Knowledge of basic computer hardware

· Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS project

· Experience with structured cabling and CCTV, Access control, Audio Visual

· Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

· Exceptional written and Oral Communication Skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills

· Strong documentation skills

· With driving skills and a license
