Sales Lead (Supervisory) for Electronics and Tech | Taguig

Team Leader / Supervisor for Electronics
Taguig | Mon-Fri | Day Shift |Onsite
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team and oversee daily store operations
Qualifications:
- College Level or College Graduate
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledgeable in technology products, especially laptops, computers, and accessories
- Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and team performance
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Assist customers by recommending suitable laptop and tech solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among staff
- Monitor sales, inventory, and POS transactions
- Handle customer concerns and support staff training
