The Qualifications We Seek

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning with end-to-end project delivery experience
• Proven experience in data acquisition, feature engineering, model development, ML Ops deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud technologies, including BigQuery and Vertex AI
• Experience with ML platforms such as Alteryx, Databricks, H2O.ai, or similar tools for scalable model deployment
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL with experience in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with ETL / ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, and data engineering workflows
• Industry experience in Media, Telco, or Finance is an advantage
• Strong experience with machine learning libraries, experimentation methods, and statistical analysis
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured analysis and actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain AI / ML approaches and business impact clearly

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, subscription lifecycle events, fulfilment processes, and engagement trends
• Translate complex data into actionable insights supporting product, marketing, editorial, pricing, and customer operations decisions
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to identify business opportunities and track outcomes
• Develop and maintain predictive models for churn prediction, customer segmentation, engagement analysis, and fulfilment reliability
• Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Support exploratory modelling, rapid ML / AI prototyping, and innovation initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, modelling techniques, and data science best practices
• Improve internal data science workflows, documentation standards, and code quality processes
• Deliver data science projects on time while driving measurable business impact across revenue, efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong model accuracy, ML pipeline reliability, and ML Ops performance standards
• Contribute innovative methodologies, tools, and technologies adopted across the business
