Engagement Lead - HR

- Lead engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in HR or employee engagement functions (2–4 years)
- Skilled in event planning, program coordination, or people operations
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- 2–4 years of experience in Employee Engagement, People Operations, HR, or similar roles
- Strong background in organizing and executing engagement activities and initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience
