Hiring Background: Due to the retirement Supervision of the Accounting Department. Train and/or conduct awareness of newly hired Accounting Staff and Section Leader associates Process payroll for Section Leaders and Rank and File associates. Attend to queries related to salaries, mandatory benefits, and deductions. Prepare certificates for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG contribution, and loan payments as requested by Associates. Compute and prepare final pay for SL & R&F associates. Prepare monthly government reporting to BIR [Compensation, Final Tax, FBT (quarterly)], SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG. Monitor Japan salaries, ATC, trouble reports, and prepare corresponding journal entries. Prepare Annual Information Return on compensation BIR form 1604CF for R&F, including preparation of BIR form 2316 for issuance to employees Post Sales invoices in the SAGE 300 accounting system, prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Schedules (local and foreign), and Sales Forms Prepare and analyze audit requirements such as: Temporary/Short-term Investment, Deposit, Investment Others, Advances from associates, and CWT. Monitor money market placements Process and monitor various loans for Associates. Integrate and implement improvements in the computerized accounting system Update Accounting System, Accounting Manual, Guidelines, Work Instructions, and forms, including QMS/EMS related documents. Update relevant national and local government rulings from BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOC, SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and municipal ordinances Assist in cost variance analysis of increase/decrease in production cost and operating expenses. Assist in budget preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of plan vs. actual Responsible to ensure safe working environment in compliance with FCC Safety standards and occupational safety and health standards. Conduct other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time Job Requirement: Graduate of BS‑Accountancy or other related courses. At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity Preferably with manufacturing and PEZA processing experience.
