Accounting Operations Analyst III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Accounting Operations Analyst III for its Record to Report team in Quezon City. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, managing lease accounting, and supporting financial close processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly accounting journal entries for fixed assets, payroll, prepayments, and account reclassifications
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations for general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
- Reconcile operating lease system (Costar) transactions with general ledger accounts
- Prepare tax reporting documentation and support intercompany account resolution
- Generate management reports and assist internal and external audit requests
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Record to Report operational accounting assistant role or equivalent
- High accuracy and attention to detail in data management and process completion
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in large-scale organization environment preferred
