Commercial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive improvements to both manual and automated deal support processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to enhance internal processes and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate directly with Account Executives (AEs) to efficiently triage and support various deal types.
• Lead data-driven analyses to provide actionable insights and influence key business decisions.
• Manage case queues and fulfill reporting responsibilities with a strong operational and program management mindset.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a deal support role, ideally within a technology environment.
• Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering improvements to both manual and automated processes.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce; strong experience with Salesforce Case management is highly advantageous (administrator experience not required).
• A program management mindset for effectively handling case queues and fulfilling reporting responsibilities. 
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) and efficiently triaging various deal types.
• Strong communication skills and the proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to improve internal processes.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction and minimal oversight.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead data-driven analyses and influence business outcomes.
