Accounting Assistant

- Responsible for processing invoices, handling payments, and managing collections.
- Responsible for preparing payroll and maintaining related documentation.
- Ensures accounting records are accurate and well-organized
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- Accounting experience (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger or Payroll)
- With excellent analytical skills, presentations and reports.
- Must have good communication skills, persistent, mature and independent.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati and night shift schedule
- Must have keen attention to detail and highly trainable
- Has experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Payroll.
- Can start immediately
