Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards.
Job Duties
Responsible for every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation
Responsible for updating and creating documents (FDA,CPR,HALAL and other needed documents)
Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical
Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials and finished product
Check & record noted Non-Conformity
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or other related science courses
3 years of experience in the same field and level of expertise
Experience in the food safety audit function
Experience in implementing quality standards in the same industry
Experience in documentation/permits
Organizational competencies: planning, problem solving & analysis, decision making,
managing relations, people development
