Ji Li Distributor Corporation, the official Aice Ice Cream Distributor for Quezon Province, is looking for proactive, hardworking, and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Agents.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must own a motorcycle
- Physically and mentally fit for field operations
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Flexible, hardworking, and customer-oriented
- Previous sales experience is required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Daily Rate: ₱600.00 – ₱1,500.00
- Daily Allowance: ₱100.00
- Gasoline Reimbursement: 100% covered
- Performance-Based Incentives
- Monthly Food Allowance: ₱1,000.00
- Monthly Load Allowance: ₱500.00
- Additional incentives based on performance

Core Responsibilities
- Store Visits & Relationship Building: Visit target clients (sari-sari stores, convenience stores, and local retailers) across Quezon Province to maintain strong relationships and secure regular product reorders.
- Order Generation & Sales Targets: Actively pitch Aice Ice Cream products, secure new wholesale or retail orders, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential new retail partners within your assigned territory to expand the distributor's market coverage.
- Freezer & Merchandising Management: Ensure Aice display freezers at customer locations are clean, fully stocked, properly organized, and operating efficiently.
- Field Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Drive your motorcycle safely across designated routes to perform field visits, deliver marketing materials, or assist with quick order drop-offs.
- Collections & Remittance: Collect payments from clients accurately and timely remit cash or proof of payment to the accounting team/warehouse at the end of the shift.
- Market Monitoring & Feedback: Track competitor activities, pricing, and stock movement in your territory, reporting customer feedback and field insights to management.
Job Requirements
- Vehicle & License: Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid Driver's License.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in sales is required (preferably in field sales, retail route coverage, or FMCG/food distribution).
- Physical & Mental Readiness: Physically and mentally fit to handle field operations, withstand hot weather, and endure daily road travel across Quezon Province.
- Personal Attributes: Must be proactive, hardworking, flexible, customer-oriented, able to work independently, and take initiative.
