NON-VOICE Accounts + Voice Accounts SHS Grad / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) | No Experience Required Looking for a job in Iloilo but prefer Chat / Back Office instead of pure calls? - Chat Support
- Email Support
- Back Office Roles
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
- Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions in the system
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo (SM City Iloilo / Festive Walk)
- Sales Associate at Robinsons Iloilo or SM City Iloilo
- Cashier at Gaisano, Metro Supermarket, or local stores
- Front Desk / Receptionist
- Online seller handling Facebook or chat inquiries
- Senior High School Graduate
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
- Open to shifting schedules
