Oracle EBS Sr. Developer | Hybrid Setup

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial, service, inventory, and order management modules to support essential business operations.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL solutions, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex database logic in accordance with development standards.
- Build and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, workflows, and concurrent programs to improve and automate business processes within Oracle EBS.
- Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems using REST APIs, ORDS, Oracle interfaces, and other integration technologies.
- Resolve complex production issues, perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning, participate in code reviews and Agile activities, and effectively manage multiple priorities and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development and customization experience.
- Advanced PL/SQL skills, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Concurrent Programs, Workflow, and AME.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
