Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to claims and financial services.
- Assist customers with claim status, billing concerns, account inquiries, and policy information.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and update account records in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- At least a high school graduate (depending on account requirements).
- BPO experience is an advantage but qualified applicants with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
