Role Summary

The Executive Secretary delivers high‑level administrative support to senior

management, serving as a central point of contact and overseeing daily office

operations. This role ensures executives remain focused on strategic priorities

by managing communications, schedules, documentation, and logistics with

professionalism and precision.

  Core Responsibilities

Calendar & Itinerary Management

Schedule appointments, coordinate internal and external meetings, and organize

complex executive itineraries to avoid conflicts and optimize time.

Communications & Correspondence

Serve as the executive’s communication gatekeeper; receive and screen calls,

sort incoming mail, and draft, review, or screen emails and correspondence on

their behalf.

Document & Content Support

Prepare, proofread, and format business documents including reports, memos,

spreadsheets, and presentation materials to ensure accuracy and professional

quality.

Travel & Logistics Coordination

Arrange business travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodations,

and detailed travel itineraries; ensure all logistics are well‑organized and

communicated in advance.
