Manufacturing Manager in Silang Cavite
Coffee Roaster Products
Role Description:
- Involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, managing manufacturing processes, quality control, and ensuring smooth operations management.
- Responsibilities also include leading a team, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards to meet the company's production targets.
- Collaborating with other departments and implementing best practices to improve systems and processes will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
-Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently manage resources and meet production targets.
-Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
-Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee daily production and improve processes.
-Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and production challenges.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
-Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
-Proven track record in a manufacturing or production management role is highly desirable.
