-Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting role (preferably in the aged care, healthcare, or disability sector).
-Impeccable Spoken and Written English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Payroll Management
- Bank reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation
- Compliance with Philippine Laws and Standards
- International Accounting Experience (Advantageous)
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4years of relevant accounting experience, with preference for experience in healthcare, aged care, or disability services.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting (preferred).
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of aged care and disability funding models is a plus.
