- Perform general bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Budget preparation
- Preparation of variance analysis
- Perform other related accounting tasks as directed
- Candidate must be graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Financial Management & any Business related course or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience.
- Experience in property management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
- Can start immediately
