As a Mobility Engineer your primary role will be as a Subject Matter Expert to our customers across several industry verticals. You will be responsible for the administration of various managed mobility environments and related technologies. Along the way you'll get to:

What you’ll do at Insight

• Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting UEM environments using Intune and related technologies.
• Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources.
• Ability to support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues that arise within, Intune, Windows, Android, Apple products and related technologies.
• Manage multiple environments across several customer verticals

What you’ll need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or similar)
  2–5 years of experience working with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
  Working knowledge of Apple, Windows, and Android devices
  Experience packaging applications for deployment via Intune or other MDM solutions
  Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, including configuration and troubleshooting
