About the role
Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
- Assist with general support tasks as needed
- Manage assigned customer cases until resolution
- Address customer concerns using a customer-first approach and escalate complex issues when necessary
About you
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or degree is preferred
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Strong written English communication skills, strong data entry skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays
