Job Responsibilities: Deliver accurate Mandarin–English and English–Mandarin translations, both spoken and written (higher compensation offered for this skill). Facilitate clear communication between management and employees. Assist with operational tasks involving CSR, housekeeping (HK), and driver coordination. Handle administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports, and maintaining records. Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications: Proficient in both Mandarin and English, verbally and in writing. Familiar with CSR responsibilities, housekeeping coordination, and driver supervision. Background in administrative work. Skilled in using computers, including MS Office, email, and basic reporting. Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Eligible for monthly incentives.
