Role: Accounting Assistant Supervisor Location: LIMA, Batangas City Reason for Vacancy: Additional manpower Headcount: 1 Preferred Profile: Age: 25 to 35 years old Gender: Male or Female Industry Background: Must have experience in a manufacturing company Non-Negotiable Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong exposure to government compliance (BIR, PEZA, BSP, SEC, etc.); experience handling a PEZA entity is an advantage Experience in financial statement closing procedures and GAAP Exposure to statutory external audits Work Arrangement: Onsite (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Employment Type: Full-time Shuttle Pick up/Drop off - SM lipa and Llanas Sto Tomas Reporting Line & Team Size: Reports directly to the Accounting Manager Will oversee approximately 3 to 4 employees Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: PHP 55,000 Position Allowance: PHP 2,000 Licensure Allowance: PHP 5,000 Rice Allowance 13th Month Pay Perfect Attendance Incentive Life Insurance Health Card (upon regularization) Free shuttle service Free medical services Free uniform Leave incentives Retirement plan }
