Job Description:
- Handle sales transactions and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and prepare necessary sales reports.
- Assist the team in achieving established sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to support daily sales operations and maintain smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field , or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively .
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills .
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.) .
- Detail-oriented , reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
