Job Description

Marketing and Strategy Planning

1. Develop annual Target Market Concrete Marketing Plan aligned with Sika global and local business objectives.
2. Translate product strategy into actionable marketing programs to support sales targets and profitability.
3. Identify new market opportunities, segment, growth areas, and priority customer groups.

Product Positioning and Messaging

1. Define clear product value propositions for Sika’s Concrete Admixtures (i.e. superplasticizers, accelerators, retarders, viscosity modifiers, specialty admixtures)
2. Benchmark competitor offerings to refine messaging and differentiation.
3. Ensure consistent positioning in all communications, brochures, digital materials, and presentations

Market Development and Demand Generation

1. Develop and execute target campaigns for ready mix plants, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure agencies
2. Plan and manage customer seminars, roadshows, technical workshops, batching plant demonstrations, and webinars

Sales Enablement

1. Create sales kits, product decks, comparison guides, cost benefit analyses for sales teams
2. Train Sales Teams on product features, benefits, competition, and pricing rationale.

Market and Competitor Intelligence

1. Conduct on-going market research on industry trends, specifications, infrastructure pipeline, and RMC market dynamics
2. Monitor competition, technological advancements and promotional activities

Product Launch Management

1. Lead planning and execution of new product launches for Target Market Concrete
2. Coordinate with Regional APAC teams for global launch alignment and best practices

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

Work Experience:

Experience in construction chemicals, cement, ready-mix concrete, industrial B2B marketing, or technical marketing is an advantage. Has strong understanding of concrete technology and admixture applications. Has 2-5 years experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales.

Skills:

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficiency in creating content, presentations and campaign materials.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns.

Willing to travel for site visits, customer events and field activities.
