Regional Finance and Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting, finance, HR, payroll, and administrative operations across the assigned region.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and government regulations.
- Review financial, operational, and inventory data to support business decisions and improve performance.
- Manage accounting operations, including store-related financial processes and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee administrative functions including IT coordination, office support, insurance, and asset management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional operations and business initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting and Administrative team to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in management and cross-functional meetings and provide relevant financial and operational insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, preferably in retail or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, HR processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing accounting operations and store-related financial processes.
- Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and inventory data analysis.
- Experience in administrative operations, IT coordination, office support, and asset management.
- CPA license is an advantage.
- Insurance coordination and asset management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Must have experience in the F&B, FMCG, or Food Retail industry.
