Assembly Manager

- Lead the development and setup of service center in different branches.
- Define the standards for layout, tooling and workflow to ensure optimal assembly efficiency
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics, establish SOPs, and implement process improvements that increase throughout and reduce waste.
- Oversee the Assembly Supervisors and technical staff to ensure all activities are aligned with operational objectives.
- Direct and standardize rehabilitation processes for old stocks, including inspection, diagnosis, repair and testing.
- Consolidate reports from all service centers, summarizing operational efficiency, assembly progress and quality performance.
- Work closely with different departments for synchronized job order execution
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of at least five (5) years experience for a supervisory role
- Familiarity within machinery equipment, motor and pumps is a plus
