The Kroll Cyber Academy is seeking driven, early‑career cyber enthusiasts who are eager to build practical skills and grow a long‑term career in cyber risk.
What you’ll doSupport cyber risk, dealing with first line problems.
Apply technical knowledge in real‑world, enterprise environments
Work with global teams on live client matters
Develop hands‑on experience across multiple cyber security disciplines
Hands‑on from day one – work on real client cases, not simulations
Broad exposure – gain experience across cyber risk, security operations, and emerging technologies
Learn from experts – collaborate with experienced cyber professionals across global teams

Essential
Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to apply education to real‑world scenarios
Strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to meet SLAs
Commitment to professional development
Exposure to at least one of the following is desirable
First Line Support
Security platforms (SIEM, EDR)
Security infrastructure or automation
Threat intelligence or threat hunting
Penetration testing
Zero Trust
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Cyber project or service management
Nice to have
ITIL service desk experience
Cyber security certifications
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or MITRE
Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data protection laws
