Quality System Manager for Consultancy - Meralco Ave., Ortigas

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards. Lead internal and external quality audits and manage corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. Monitor quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure documentation and records are accurate and up to date. Train and support staff on quality management procedures and standards. Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits. Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product and service quality. Prepare reports on quality performance for senior management.
