HR Officer/HR Generalist

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations while addressing employee concerns.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Assist in human resource planning and strategy development to support organizational growth.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent training and development abilities, with a focus on workforce enhancement.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in human resource planning with practical leadership skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
