EOI: Internship Program (Procurement)

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated interns to join our Procurement As A Service (PAAS) team. This internship is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and business operations within a global corporate environment.

As a Procurement Intern, you will support day-to-day procurement activities, assist with data analysis and reporting, maintain purchasing documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. You will gain practical exposure to procurement processes while working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects.

What You'll Do

As a Procurement Intern, you will:

• Support procurement operations, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist with supplier data management, purchase order tracking, and record maintenance.
• Help prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and trackers.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational projects.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this internship, you should:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a mandatory internship requirement.
• Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
