Reporting Analyst - Salesforce & Power BI (Onsite)

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst with strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, and backend reporting. This role will be responsible for translating business reporting requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality BI solutions while supporting CRM data and reporting optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations.
- Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
- Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance.
- Gather, document, and maintain business and technical reporting requirements.
- Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the organization.
- Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality reporting.
- Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and reporting specifications.
Technical Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools, particularly the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting.
- Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.
- Advanced T-SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data transformations.
- Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance optimization.
- At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Amenable in working on a night shift
