The Helper - Sales assists the sales team by supporting daily sales operations, interacting with customers, and ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. This role involves assisting with inventory management, providing customer service, and contributing to sales efforts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide basic product knowledge.
- Support the sales team in organizing and displaying products.
- Help in managing inventory and restocking shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Process sales transactions and assist with packaging or delivery.
- Provide support during promotions or events to increase sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and product knowledge.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
