We are seeking a Helper to provide essential support in daily operations across various departments. The Helper will assist with manual labor, maintain organization, and ensure work environments are clean and safe. This is a great entry-level role for those looking to gain experience and develop skills in a hands-on work environment.
- Assist with Physical Tasks: Help load, unload, and move materials, tools, or equipment as required.
- Support Skilled Workers: Assist technicians, carpenters, electricians, or other professionals by passing tools, preparing work areas, or performing simple tasks.
- Maintain Clean Work Areas: Ensure that the work site is free of debris and properly organized, following safety and cleanliness standards.
- Tool and Equipment Organization: Help with organizing tools and materials, ensuring they are ready for use and properly stored after use.
- General Labor Assistance: Perform any other general labor tasks as assigned, such as digging, carrying items, or assembling materials.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to workplace safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe environment for all workers.
- Support Project Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up or breaking down workstations, moving equipment, or preparing materials for upcoming tasks.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of following instructions carefully and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Reliability: Strong punctuality and dependability to ensure work is completed on time.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
