We are looking for an energetic and helpful Sales Helper to assist the sales team in providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supporting sales activities in the store. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and ready to support the sales team.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
- Help restock shelves and ensure the store is organized and tidy.
- Support the sales in maintaining sales targets and promoting products.
- Assist in preparing and arranging product displays.
- Handle minor customer queries and concerns.
- Help with processing sales transactions at the cash register.
- Assist with inventory control, including stock taking and reporting low stock.
- Ensure the store environment is clean and welcoming.
- Support the Salesman during busy periods and special promotions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
- Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed.
