- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, answering any customer inquiries.
- Utilize scripts to deliver a consistent message while also personalizing the conversation.
- Record and maintain customer information and interactions in the database.
- Meet daily and weekly calling goals set by the management.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcomed.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers.
- Qualities and Traits: Persistent, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Working Conditions: Office environment or remote options available.
