JOB OBJECTIVES:
Contribute to the overall business targets by generating sales from markets and industries applicable for assigned products and brands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating sales from assigned customers.
- Perform various sales activities to generate sales opportunities from assigned customers which include but not limited to the following:
- Identify and develop new customers.
- Perform regular visitations and telemarketing activities to customers
- Gather important information about the current and future requirements, decision makers, and other relevant information.
- Promote complete product solutions suited to customer requirements
- Conduct presentations about the company, products and services.
- Submit and monitor status of quotations and other relevant sales documents.
- Monitor the status of sales leads and projects and performs necessary action.
- Conduct effective negotiation on price, credit term, delivery and product offer.
- Close sales/projects with customers.
Qualifications:
- 4- year graduate (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineering
- Minimum of (2) years in Sales in Construction Industry
- Experience handling construction Project, focus on Infrastructure, Power/Water Utilities
- Willing to do field works
