Key Responsibilities
PRODUCT : PHONES
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries
- Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Process sales transactions (cash, credit, POS systems)
- Handle customer concerns, returns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety standards
- Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Honest, reliable, and goal-oriented
