Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and promote products or services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and expand network.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry or product type].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel (if required).
