Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and explaining features and benefits.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth delivery of products/services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Drive: Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented attitude.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
