We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales to meet company goals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide customers with product information, technical support, and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Follow up with leads, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to enhance the customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry/product type].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required).
