REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Available for Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
- Accessible to high school graduates and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience in the casino industry is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
- Have the ability to write and communicate in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Assisting international guests, specifically Chinese nationals.
- Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers with membership registration, account inquiries, and rewards program transactions.
- Handle redemption of rewards, complimentary items, gifts, transportation, food and beverage vouchers, and room accommodations according to company guidelines.
- Give customer service and maintain a professional working relationship with patrons.
- Check Chinese guest preferences are kept updated for ease of reference.
- Handling the management for customer relations and giving a nice service experience to the VIP guests at a casino.
- Maintain all VIP staff informed of all necessary information.
- Develops new customers and maintains existing customers for Table Games. ⭐Obtains credit information to establish credit lines.
- Give the most excellent and good service to guests .
- Facilitate Mandarin guests with game-related inquiries.
