VIP Host Representative

We’re looking for confident, charming, and customer-focused individuals who know how to create a good experience for our VIP guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting guest and VIP players warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist guest queries and processes relating to membership, gaming programs, promotions & events and other related inquiries.
- Coordinate arrangements related to gaming activities, preferences and stay of guests, ensure coordination with other departments is seamless and arrangements are facilitated accordingly.
- Maintain current product knowledge of events and facilities including gaming, food & beverages and entertainment to ensure guest receive accurate, timely information and advice.
- Achieve and promote a high standard of service level and professionalism through proactive engagement with guest.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in casino operations, VIP services, hotel guest relations, or luxury hospitality is required.
- Charismatic, graceful, and poised, capable of representing the casino’s premium image.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with clients and colleagues of various nationalities.
