About the Opportunity
A fast-growing outsourcing partner in the fintech and financial software solutions space, we deliver mission-critical customer support and account management services for global SaaS platforms. Our team ensures seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and client retention for enterprise-grade financial tools—operating at the intersection of customer experience and complex financial workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily account support to financial software users across billing, API integration, and compliance workflows.
- Resolve tier-1 and tier-2 technical and functional issues via phone, email, and CRM ticketing systems.
- Guide clients through product onboarding, configuration, and feature adoption with tailored walkthroughs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams and track resolution SLAs with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn risks.
- Maintain accurate account notes, client feedback logs, and internal knowledge base updates.
Skills & Qualifications
"*K12 Curriculum – at least SHS graduate will do even if no work experience and
even if did not reach college for as long as a graduate of K12 curriculum.
*Old HS Curriculum - completed at least 2 years in college even if no work experience but if not,
completed at least 1 sem in college will do plus work experience
of least 1 year and 7 months.
