Job Description We are seeking Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide guidance on financial accounts, payments, and billing concerns
• Assist with account updates and transaction-related processes
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on financial systems and company processes

Requirements:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• No experience required (Freshers are welcome)
