Accounting Staff - Inventory

Inventory and Stock Management
- Monitor and control all food and non-food inventory stocks.
- Encode inventory transactions and records in the E-Count system.
Purchasing and Supply Monitoring
- Prepare and process Purchase Request Orders (PRO).
- Monitor deliveries and verify received items against purchase documents.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management
Manage and monitor POS transactions and reports.
- Reconcile POS transactions with actual sales and collections.
- Cashiering and Guest Billing
Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) for guest check-outs.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate collection records.
- Accounting and Reporting
Maintain organized records of inventory, purchases, and operational expenses.
- Assist in reconciliation of inventory balances and accounting records.
- Office Equipment and Supplies Monitoring
Monitor office equipment inventory and movement.
- Maintain records of office supplies issuance and utilization.
Other Duties
- Outside purchase of urgent operational requirements when necessary.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, accounting, or related functions; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in inventory systems, preferably E-Count or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, purchasing processes, and POS operations.
- Willing to be assigned in Alitagtag, Batangas.
