Inventory Controller

The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and reconciliations
- Track stock levels, movements, and adjustments in the inventory system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports to management on a regular basis
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure proper stock replenishment
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses, damages, and variances
- Oversee proper documentation of receipts, transfers, and withdrawals of goods
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements
- Support forecasting and planning by providing accurate inventory data
- Recommend improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Analyst, or in a similar logistics/supply chain role is required.
