Armada Brands
Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.
We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of e-commerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.
We’re looking for creative, curious, and execution-driven Content Interns to help grow Goodies Nutrition , a fast-growing health snack brand people actually love and buy.
This isn’t a typical internship. You’ll work on real content, real campaigns, and real product launches, and see the direct impact of your work on engagement, growth, and sales.
If you love creating content, spotting trends, and bringing ideas to life this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Create and pitch content ideas for TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, and e-commerce
- Help produce short-form videos, graphics, and social content
- Write captions, hooks, and copy for campaigns and posts
- Support influencer collaborations and content shoots
- Work on campaigns, launches, and promos for Goodies
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
You’ll own content workstreams, not just assist.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or 4th year university student (Marketing, Comm, Business, Design, or similar)
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and DTC brands
- Good eye for what looks good and what performs
- Comfortable creating video content (or eager to learn fast)
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
- Strong English communication skills
Bonus: Video editing (CapCut), Canva/design, TikTok-native content
What You’ll Get
- ₱5,000 monthly allowance
- Minimum of 3-month internship program
- Hybrid setup (3 days Makati, 2 days WFH)
- Direct mentorship from the Marketing team
- Hands-on experience building a real consumer brand
- Potential full-time opportunity for strong performers
