Public Opinion Monitoring Specialist

Job Description:
- Monitor online platforms, social media channels, forums, and messaging groups to track public discussions and sentiment.
- Identify emerging topics, trends, and potential reputation risks.
- Detect and flag negative feedback, sensitive discussions, or issues that may require attention.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various online sources.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing public opinion trends and key insights.
- Maintain documentation of relevant discussions and supporting records for reporting.
- Provide recommendations based on observed sentiment and online activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely awareness of important developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in social media monitoring, online research, or public opinion analysis is required.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (FB, Ig, Tiktok, X, Youtube), online forums, and digital communities (Viber, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- Ability to identify trends and summarize large amounts of information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
