Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Configure FI modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Configure CO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
2. Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and system designs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
3. System Integration
- Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Human Resources (HR)
4. Testing & Deployment Support:
- Functional testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- System validation
- Maintain documentation for configurations and business processes.
5. Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide support for incidents, enhancements, and optimization.
- Guide key users on SAP financial best practices.
- Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the financial system.
6. Consulting & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and solution proposals.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and junior consultants.
Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business or related field.
Experience
Typically 7+ years of SAP FICO experience.
Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud environments.
Technical Skills
- SAP FICO configuration
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Integration with SAP modules
- Financial reporting and cost accounting
- Month-end closing processes
Preferred Skills
- SAP Certification (FICO or S/4HANA)
- Experience with SAP Fiori
- Consulting and stakeholder management skills.
