RACING R' is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Agent/Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Sales Agent/Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the local market.
Your primary focus will be to actively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our products and services. What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and objections
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in using sales-related tools and technologies
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment
