Customer Service Agent Cebu City | Onsite Caldwell Communications Job Description We are hiring Call Center Agents to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, account concerns, and general customer support. You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and accurate transactions and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Assist customers with bookings, account concerns, and requests Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary Process transactions efficiently and accurately Meet performance goals related to quality and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Work Schedule & Training: Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Full paid customer service training provided What to Expect: Fast-paced and customer-focused environment Opportunities to develop communication and problem-solving skills Requirements: High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus) Good English communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability Willing to work onsite in Cebu City Amenable to shifting schedules
